About the Role
We are currently on the lookout for passionate and driven Property Sales Consultants to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will speak with customers who are seeking a hassle-free and swift cash sale of their property. The ideal candidate will thrive in a target-driven sales environment and be eager to embark on a rewarding career in the property industry. No prior property experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to equip you for success.
What you will be doing as a Property Sales Consultant:
* Start your day by checking in on your consultations and prepping for your sales calls.
* Conduct friendly and thorough phone consultations with clients who are looking to sell their properties.
* Create offers that match up with our business revenue goals.
* Finalize deals by getting the green light to purchase customers' properties.
* Work closely with the sales progression team to ensure the smooth sale of the property.
What is required:
* Prior experience in the sales industry.
* A keen interest in working within a sales environment, where you can capitalize on an uncapped commission structure.
* The ability to handle pressure effectively within a target-driven setting.
Work Location and Schedule:
* Locations:
* Manchester Office: Based in Didsbury, Towers Business Park.
* Dubai Office: Located in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT).
* Hours: An average of 38 hours per week.
* Work Schedule: Full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays required.

* Basic Salary: AED 8,000 – 11,260 (depending on experience).
* OTE: AED 23,500 – 31,250.
