What You'll Be Doing Leading and managing audit engagements for a diverse client portfolio. Conducting risk assessments and planning audit procedures to meet regulatory and firm standards. Overseeing and mentoring junior team members, helping them develop their skills. Analysing financial statements, identifying key areas for improvement, and providing insightful recommendations. Keeping up to date with accounting standards and regulatory changes to ensure compliance. What We're Looking For At least four years of experience in public practice auditing, ideally at a mid to senior level. A solid understanding of GAAP and auditing standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide innovative solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
