This hybrid role focuses on new business development, targeting clients outside of the recruitment industry to deliver tailored recruitment solutions across industrial, white-collar, and blue-collar roles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new clients in sectors outside the recruitment industry, such as industrial, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, FMCG.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a structured sales plan to generate new business and exceed targets.
3. Client Engagement: Build and manage relationships with prospective clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing bespoke recruitment solutions.
4. Market Research: Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and create a competitive edge.
