Main duties of the job In this role you will take responsibility for auditing of files for candidates within the new starter, and sponsorship, pipeline in line with internal and external policies. Manage the Sponsorship Queries inbox in a time manner; keeping managers and employees updated on the status of their sponsorship. Keep all documents and associated records up to date, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data, including updating the HR system. To work in line with Home Office guidelines surrounding sponsorship of employees. Ensuring the relevant documents and systems are kept up to date to accurately reflect the status of the new starter and the outstanding pre-employment checks and contractual information. To process Home Office applications in an accurate, and timely manner. Chasing sites for outstanding sponsorship items, and ensuring completion of all information as necessary. Timely management of the shared Sponsorship Queries inbox; responding to queries from hiring managers and candidates, and the Central Onboarding inbox. Maintaining regular communication with hiring managers and employees; keeping them engaged and informed of the progress of sponsorship status. Working closely with the HR Operations team to ensure a seamless sponsorship experience as well as working closely with sites.
