The Digital Learning Content Designer will work as part of a global team and is responsible for developing learning content for Bupa Campus, creating and delivering high quality and engaging learning experiences through content that support delivery of our strategy and ambition. This role requires the skills to design and develop learning tools for both in person training and digitally, program materials for learning courses, development programs, and communication items. Along with utilisation of our digital tools to revolutionise learning solutions and personalisation. How you’ll help us make health happen: Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer. Incorporating digital tools and resources to enhance learning experiences. Design and develop learning and learning implementation materials, using appropriate instructional design methodology, to audiences spanning the entire organisation Writing and/or editing storyboard scripts for video and learning module development (where required) Define the appropriate method of learning design for both instructor-led and e-learning programs. Use of LXP content curation, authoring tools, and educational technologies as part of the toolkit Implementing agreed evaluation strategy including capturing relevant feedback questions to show ROI and course satisfaction, through digital channels. Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: Extensive experience and expertise of instructional design and developing content that engages colleagues across a large global, matrix organisation. Demonstrated track record of success in designing and delivering learning solutions aligned to business strategy. Credible track record of creating and designing high-quality learning with evidence of measurable learner performance. Significant experience designing and/or developing asynchronous e-learning content and activities, including the creation of storyboards or similar visual planning tools. Experience delivering and facilitating complex learning interventions with senior stakeholders and participants. Substantial understanding and application of learning/ instructional design frameworks, e-learning and distance learning pedagogy and principles, and/or pedagogical or adult learning theory and evidence High level ability to select information relevant to specified learners and to present complex ideas clearly and creatively in a logical, coherent way. A clear passion for learning, curiosity and staying ahead of industry trends. Digital and technology savvy: Up to date with latest learning trends and tools, including LX technologies, with ability to work with the latest technologies.
