We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to promote positive behaviour and support students in overcoming barriers to learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavioural challenges.
* Develop and implement behaviour management strategies.
* Work collaboratively with teachers to create a positive learning environment.
* Monitor and track students' progress and provide regular feedback.
* Liaise with parents and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for students.
* Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and high expectations.
Requirements:
* Experience working with young people in an educational setting.
* Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* Patience, empathy, and resilience.
* Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or a related field are desirable.
