Job Description
The Global Customer Marketing Strategist creates and executes marketing programs and campaigns that drive demand, advocacy and retention with our customers.
You will develop multi-channel upsell and cross sell campaigns, working with our digital and creative teams. You’ll create differentiating content that introduces new propositions to our customers and drives demand.
This is a fast-paced role for an ambitious marketer who is confident managing multiple projects simultaneously, and can build strong working relationships with colleagues across marketing, sales and customer services.
Essential Duties and Accountabilities
1. Develop, build and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including a variety of tactics (digital, email, video, social)
2. Work with product marketing to translate value proposition and messaging into compelling campaigns that address customers’ needs
3. Manage production of high value short and long form content that delivers against campaign objectives, working with internal and external agencies
4. Work with regional marketing, partner marketing and sales teams to ensure effective campaign execution
5. Monitor, review and report on campaign activity and results

Qualifications
Required Education & Experience
Essential :
15. B2B marketing experience, agency or inhouse
16. Ability to design and execute campaigns effectively to achieve targets
17. Undergraduate degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing or a related business field (or relevant training/experience)
18. Fluent English; other languages are always a benefit
Desirable
19. Experience working within a global, virtual environment and matrix organization
