We are now recruiting for a full-time (37.5 hours per week) Finance Administrator to join us on a permanent contract.
This role is for someone who likes fixing problems and working with multiple areas of the business to collaborate on business improvements. We are looking for a financial administrator to help support a team with many different administration tasks who work alongside the call centre staff in South Africa under the Distribution Operations side of the business. These tasks include, but are not limited to:
1. Fixing system errors
2. Correcting incorrect data entries
3. Correcting operational mistakes
4. Chasing for unpaid premiums
5. Issuing daily refunds to customers
6. Monitoring changes in reports
7. Managing irregular payments
8. Communicating with other areas of the business
The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while having an excellent capacity to retain new knowledge.
