Responsibilities
Develop and execute the digital transformation strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance.
Lead the selection and implementation of new digital tools and technologies to enhance business processes.
Manage the IT budget and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with other departments to identify IT needs and develop solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
Monitor technology trends and regulations, advising on their implications for the organization.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the IT team and across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record in digital transformation and project management.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data governance.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing IT strategies that drive business value.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
Proficient in budget management and resource allocation principles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
