Key Duties
1. Perform administrative tasks.
2. Respond to patients' symptoms and advise on medicines for sale in pharmacies.
3. Deliver company targets, staff management and patient care.
4. Coach, mentor and develop your team to deliver high performance.
5. Oversee the procurement and supply of medicines.
6. Monitor and ensure customers are prescribed the correct medications.
7. Willing to progress to the superintendent position in future (salary will be reviewed at this point also).
The pharmacy is currently dispensing 12,500 items per month which is reflected in the salary for this post.
