What Will You Be Doing?
As a Transport Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our transport operations with a variety of administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
* General Administration Tasks: Efficiently manage daily administrative duties to ensure smooth operation within the transport department
* Data Inputting: Accurately input data into systems, maintaining up-to-date and precise information for seamless transport operations.
* Purchase Ledger Management:Create Purchase Orders (POs), update spreadsheets, and receipt orders while addressing any related queries.
* Payroll Data Entry: Complete weekly payroll tasks with meticulous attention to detail to ensure timely and accurate compensation for our valued drivers.
* Invoice Management: Raise invoices, handle queries, and ensure all financial transactions are conducted smoothly and efficiently.
* Driver Paperwork Management: Print and prepare all necessary paperwork for drivers, ensuring they have everything required for their routes.
* National Planning Department Support: Assist in scheduling drivers’ work, contributing to effective planning and resource allocation within the transport department.

* Good Time Management Skills:The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Previous Administration Experience:Prior experience in an administrative role is essential to seamlessly fit into our team.

* Effective Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and address queries efficiently.
