The Role
A Client Solutions Manager at Vidsy makes things happen, acting as a true partner to our Clients, as well as our creative, strategy and commercial teams. This role oversees multiple work streams with lots of moving parts, and requires a proactive, resourceful multi-tasker who is able to align Client and Vidsy towards a common vision and business goals to achieve success. (In a way that does not follow the traditional agency approach!)
You'll be operating senior account exec to account manager level with proven experience managing brand relationships and shall report into our Senior CSM Lead. We are looking for strategic “thinkers” and eager “doers” who can guide the client through each step of the journey, from briefing a creative team to launching a campaign. You are able to provide exceptional daily client service alongside client consulting and challenging our clients to be forward-thinking on digital.
Must Haves
* 2–4 years (or equivalent) of client management experience, ideally with enterprise-level brands and accounts
* Deep understanding of the advertising, social, and content landscape
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex situations and align teams
* Experience guiding multi-disciplinary teams (Creative, Strategy, Operations, etc.) toward a common goal
* Ability to define client goals and develop strategies to deliver against them
Nice to Haves
* Experience working in a non-traditional, creative or tech environment
* An entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for spotting new commercial opportunities
* Previous experience working with global creative or production teams
Who You'll Report to
You’ll report to Kate, our Senior Client Solutions Lead who has been with Vidsy since 2021! Kate has been instrumental in leading and growing one of our biggest and most complex Clients (PepsiCo) into the successful account that it is today, all whilst being an inspiring leader and mentor. On the weekends you’ll find Kate cooking for friends and family, out walking and stopping to pat every dog she meets! Kate loves managing a team and is thoroughly invested in the success and continued development of her direct reports.
