Key Roles & Responsibilities You will work closely with our experienced leadership team to advance several ambitious priorities, including system and process automation, EDI initiatives, and career pathways. You will be at the forefront of leading and embedding this vision at our HQ, championing initiatives that foster effective workforce planning and analysis, and offering expert guidance and coaching to our leaders across the complete spectrum of human resources. First point of contact for people queries providing in-the-moment advice, considering the very latest employment legislation. Providing guidance on workforce design, structure, and talent, including skills development and attrition management. Helping teams evolve and operate effectively within a shared service model, you’ll work tirelessly to ensure HQ is agile, dynamic and positioned for future success Advance the wellbeing agenda for HQ, focusing on mental health first aiders and management training. Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance HQ onboarding – from engaging the best talent through to a welcoming new starter experience. Upskilling and educating our senior leaders on the commercial benefit of effective inductions. Act as a coach to improve leadership capability as well as deliver training to leaders within the group to build knowledge and confidence across all areas of policy, employment law and legislation.
