EC&I Team Leader
Salary – £42,844 - £64,266 per annum (plus benefits)
Hours – 42.5 hours per week, shift rota

As an EC&I Team Leader at FCC Environment, you will be responsible for the daily supervision/management of the engineering resources on site involving the prioritisation and planning of preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance in all areas of the process. Direct liaison with the Maintenance Team to ensure the department delivers a safe, effective and efficient service.
This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 5 days per week, however, we will consider requests for job shares to suit your lifestyle (working full days).

What will you be doing?
1. To assist in the strategic development of the maintenance philosophy at Allington by implementing new maintenance techniques and procedures directed at increasing the overall plant availability in line with budget expectations.
2. Working with the Maintenance Planner and in coordination with the Mechanical Team Leader to provide a combined approach, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
3. To be a key member of the maintenance department during the planning and execution of all planned outages to ensure outage time schedules and specific maintenance programmes are completed on time and within budget.
4. Implementation and development of the site CMMS to involve direct liaison with the Maintenance Manager, Electrical Engineer, DCS/Controls Engineer, Maintenance Planner and the Shift Maintenance teams.
5. To deputise for the Maintenance Manager when required.
6. Will form part of an out of hours response team one week in four, being the point of contact for the Operations Shift Manager.
