A very exciting opportunity to lead on Digital Marketing for a multi-site brand.
As a key member of the team, you will be pivotal in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales. You will be responsible for managing various digital channels, analysing campaign performance, and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
The Role:
● Salary: £40,000
● Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum)
● Leave: 25 Days per annum (plus bank holidays).
Your duties will encompass a wide range of disciplines and skills, including strategy development, analysis, strategy execution and content creation.
The Role...
1. Strategy Development:
o Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
o Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and convert prospects into customers.
o Utilise market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, emphasising the importance of data-driven decision-making in the brand's digital marketing strategies.
o Assist with the digital advertising strategy and ensure that the approach is implemented by managing our digital agency.
2. Campaign Management:
o Execute digital marketing campaigns across various social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising channels.
o Create and optimise content for digital platforms to maximise reach and engagement.
o Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.
3. Content Creation and Management:
o Work with the Brand's team to develop engaging and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
o Website updates & In-studio screen and content management.
o Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce multimedia content.
o Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across digital channels.
o Manage the setup of promotions and new pricing options.
The Person...
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
* Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital channels, tools, and techniques.
* Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, etc.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a bonus.
