Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Planning and Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive Business Studies lessons that align with the national curriculum and the school's educational objectives. Inspire students to understand and apply business concepts and practises. Student Assessment: Regularly assess students' progress and understanding in Business Studies, providing constructive feedback and tailored support to help them achieve their academic goals. Classroom Management: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and collaborative learning. Resource Development: Utilise a variety of teaching materials and resources to enhance the learning experience, making lessons interactive and relevant to real-world business scenarios. Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest developments in business education and pedagogy, integrating these into teaching practises to improve student engagement and learning outcomes. Collaborative Work: Work closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support students' academic and personal development. Extracurricular Activities: Lead and participate in extracurricular activities, workshops, and events related to business education, helping students gain practical insights and experience.
