The Graduate Quantity Surveyor Role
As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will work alongside senior professionals on projects in affordable housing, government, education, healthcare, private residential, hospitality, and sport. You will assist with cost planning, contract administration, and project management while gaining exposure to both pre- and post-contract work.
This consultancy provides structured APC support, mentorship from experienced Quantity Surveyors, and a clear pathway to achieving MRICS status. With hybrid working (2 days from home), this role offers excellent professional development and work-life balance.
The Graduate Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
You will ideally have:
A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
1+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
Basic Pre and Post Contract experience
A valid UK driving license is beneficial
