We have a great opportunity for an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team as our CRM Lead. You will be a technical SME in Dynamics 365 with the ability to work closely with both business and technical colleagues to lead the implementation and integration of Dynamics 365 within the MyAchilles platform ecosystem. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day issues that occur.
This role is hybrid, with the expectation that you will be in our Abingdon based office at least one day a week, occasionally more frequently for specific requirements.
In this role, you will play a key part in both the design and development of our Dynamics 365 usage, working with product owners and business analysts to understand requirements and assist in developing design specifications, as part of a cross-functional team in an agile product environment.
Responsibilities:
* Input to technical designs and future development
* Work with product owners and business analysts to elicit requirements & assist in developing design specifications to maximize the benefit of Dynamics 365.
* Work daily with developers, testers, business analysts, information architects and configurators, as part of a cross-functional team in an agile project environment.
* Collaborate with Development, QA, and other teams to ensure a smooth transition of deliverables through proper release channels into production.
* Control security, profiles, group access, queues, and other set up functions.
* Offering continuous improvement suggestions and supporting change
* Deploy and utilize plug-ins and external tools.
* Conduct research to identify best practices and discover new system functions.
* Assist in defining best practice release and deployment processes and maintenance activities for Microsoft Dynamics related activities.
* Manage existing tools and systems while transitioning to improved processes and methods.
* Share knowledge and support other colleagues within the team.
* Provide documentation for change management and best practices.
* Support the Dynamics team with daily activities and assist with incident management.
