We’re looking for a Sales Representative to join Riverford’s Seasonal Sales Team!
This 6–7 month fixed-term contract starts with a farm-based induction on Monday, 31st March 2025, offering a fantastic opportunity to be part of our team during the busiest and most exciting time of the year. You’ll represent Riverford at some of the region’s top foodie events, showcasing our award-winning organic veg boxes and engaging with customers in lively, high-energy settings.

Salary – £27,040 pro rata, with the potential to earn an additional £8,000–£9,000 OTE over the summer.

Location: This is a travelling, field-based role covering the South West, working within a 1.5-hour radius. Ideally, you’ll live within a reasonable distance of our farm in Buckfastleigh, Devon, as you’ll need to collect fresh produce for display twice a week.
Driving: You’ll be on the road in one of our mid-sized vans, so a full UK driving licence and confident driving experience are essential. Our vans are fully equipped to ensure a safe and comfortable journey.
Working Hours: This isn’t your standard 9-to-5. Our reps work 40 hours across five days, including weekends (and bank holidays). Longer days on the road and occasional overnight stays may be required—with notice given in advance.Weekends are prime time for events and the perfect opportunity to welcome new Riverford customers.
For the Love of the Outdoors…
Our sales reps hit the road in our iconic Live Life On The Veg vans, travelling to locations both local and further afield. You’ll pop up at train stations, high streets, farmers’ markets, and major foodie events, spreading the love for organic, seasonal produce.
You’ll set up eye-catching stands and have engaging conversations about food, cooking, and how our 100% organic veg fits into people’s lives.
