What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading and developing a team of Senior Business Analysts to ensure high-quality delivery
* Overseeing complex projects and programmes, balancing priorities with senior stakeholders
* Driving best practices, frameworks, and methodologies for business analysis
* Engaging with C-suite and senior leadership to support strategic objectives
* Ensuring efficient resource planning, recruitment, and development of the team
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven leadership experience in Business Analysis in pensions
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at CTO, CEO, and CIO levels
* Ability to navigate complex challenges, drive solutions, and ensure project success
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
What's on offer:
* Salary goes up to £81k DOE + discretionary bonus up to 20%
