Role Overview
The firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Solicitor or CILEX to join its Commercial Property team. This role is designed to support the growth and expansion of the current team, which consists of 19 members. The successful candidate will be based at either the Stockton or Newcastle office, joining a supportive and collegiate team known for delivering tailored services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing a mixed caseload of commercial sales, purchases, landlord and tenant matters, secured lending, and corporate support.
2. Actively participating in business development to cultivate professional relationships and expand the client base.
3. Drafting and negotiating legal documentation, including agreements for lease, leases, ancillary lease documents, contracts for sale, and deeds of grant.
4. Providing support to senior team members in connection with site acquisitions and disposals, corporate support work, and agricultural matters as needed.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
1. A minimum of 1+ year of experience.
