We are seeking a dynamic Employability Programme Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will deliver engaging employability and skills-based training, mentor trainees and monitor their progress towards finding employment, education or training. You’ll play a vital part in supporting individuals on their journey to sustainable employment, ensuring they receive personalised guidance and support. Key Responsibilities: Deliver coaching and training sessions to groups and provide one-on-one mentoring. Maintain detailed records of trainee progress and manage individual learning plans. Motivate and engage trainees, helping them build confidence and essential employability skills. Collaborate with the Employability Programme Manager and FareShare Sussex & Surrey team to achieve project targets.
