ASPIRAL LEARNING Business Development Manager (Apprenticeships & Skills) FTE 0.391892 (14.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year) Full Time equivalent salary - £35,000 per annum Flexible with regards to hours and days worked. We are now looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to develop and increase our already significant offer to apprentices and adult learners. This role will also support the expansion of our distance learning provision to achieve rapid and sustained growth. You will join a motivated and inspiring team, frequently developing both short term and long-term plans. You will have significant experience in a business development environment with a proven track record in lead generation and account management. A good knowledge of apprenticeships is required and a track record of achieving challenging targets will also be needed. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to develop a good rapport with a wide range of clients. IT and good organisational skills are required for you to be successful, which will be utilised within a busy working environment. A confident and enthusiastic approach in delivering engaging and motivating presentations to a diverse audience is also required. The use of digital and social media to advertise Apprenticeships, Distance Learning and other courses offered at BCoT is required within the role. You will also lead, manage and further develop events to promote apprenticeships, distance learning and adult learning which complements his vibrant role.
