WEF 1st March 25: £12.34 per hour + £2.04 holiday pay

About the role
You would assist the relevant teams at their key times of the year for all MIS functions including Exams, Student Records (FE and HE), Compliance, Information Services and Timetabling. You will be required to assist the current teams with numerous tasks during exam time, enrolment and other key periods as and when required.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Helping to set up examination packs for the busy exam period
Helping the exams team to setup exam rooms ahead of large exam days
Supporting the student records and compliance staff at enrolment
Recording achievements on the internal system and posting out certificates to our learners
Communicating with internal staff and learners as and when required
About the person
The successful candidate will possess previous experience in data entry and administrative support. This is an entry level role and full training will be provided.
