Business Generation: Actively seek new opportunities for market appraisals and instructions, maximizing every lead. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the branch team to hit sales and instruction targets, contributing to branch profitability and performance. Leadership & Development: Play a role in the growth and development of the team, supporting junior staff and contributing to strategic business discussions. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator, Lister, or Valuer in an estate agency. Strong track record in winning instructions and achieving high KPI figures. Talent for spotting new business opportunities and a desire to contribute to company growth. Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Resilient, positive, organized, and detail-oriented. IT literate (MS Office, CRM systems).
