We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to provide general support to our SENCO. This will predominantly be through the provision of in-class support to individual (or groups of) students, helping them to develop and achieve their full potential (under the direction of the class teacher). Experience and/or qualification in the English curriculum would be an advantage. You must have good numeracy and literacy skills and have experience of working with or caring for children between the ages of 11 and 18. To have completed the DFE Teacher Assistant Induction programme would also be an advantage. This post would be particularly suitable for anyone who might be interested in joining the teaching profession.
