We have a new opportunity for an Internal Operations Project Manager to join our growing Projects & Programming team. The role will be responsible for the programme of equipment removal, installation and mobile projects throughout Probo Europe. The postholder will support the Commercial Department by overseeing all activities, post purchase and sale of radiology and ultrasound equipment, to support the successful removal, installation and delivery to customers and stakeholders.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of project management skills, the ability to build and maintain productive relationships, including those with suppliers and customers and ideally previous experience with the medical imaging industry and/or equipment rental.
This is what we need you to do....
* To work through all “post procurement/sales” activities received via Salesforce for ultrasound and radiology equipment with full collaboration with the Commercial Team and Global Sales.
* Liaising with internal teams to ensure all associated actions are acknowledged and completed to agreed processes, timescales and customer requirements.
* Liaise with Broker/customer Project managers and suppliers to ensure all projects are completed successfully, on time and on budget. Produce all customer/Broker documentation on completion.
* Providing regular updates to the Commercial Team and Global Sales and responsible for communication to internal and external parties.
* Monitor Salesforce to ensure all opportunities are entered, all fields are completed by the relevant teams, to the agreed standard and regularly updated so that information is always current.
* Responsible for monitoring each step in the process, confirming that at every stage we complete all relevant paperwork and where required, the equipment has had a QA, confirmed as fit for purpose and that any defects are discussed with Commercial/Global Sales prior to shipping.
* Oversee tasks associated with the packing, loading, shipping to ensure all Company processes are managed in line with quality and compliance and to customer/supplier requirements.
* Responsible for identifying any resource clashes and issues/risks, working with colleagues, suppliers and customers to agree actions to overcome.
* Oversee the financial transactions, reviewing Salesforce and liaising with departments, suppliers and customers to ensure invoices are sent to customers and Probo are meeting our financial obligations, to support effective cashflow.
* Responsible for arranging QA’s for removal projects via Probo engineers or sub-contractors. Liaise internally to secure engineering and mechanical service support to ensure the allocated radiology equipment is removed or installed.
Experience
* Proven track record of Project Management Skills.
* Building and maintaining productive relationships, including those with customers and suppliers.
* Desirable to have previous experience within the medical imaging industry and/or equipment rental.
