OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for dynamic creatives to join our growing creative studio. You’ll work across a broad range of briefs and opportunities from social content concepting and creations, through to big thinking on an array of clients ranging from pharma and beauty to lifestyle.
EXPECTATIONS:
- Partner with an Art Director to concept, write, develop, and help produce work for multiple brands under our client portfolio.
- Write scripts, social posts and captions, creator briefs, and concept pitches.
- Generate innovative ideas across all existing and emerging platforms.
- Guide team members in developing socially relevant and on-brand concepts.
- Collaborate with strategic partners to implement industry best practices.
- Build client confidence through compelling presentation of content ideas.
- Maintain high standards for creative output and lead brainstorming for social activations.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 5-7+ years of experience in copywriting (agency experience preferred).
- Strong creative portfolio with award-winning work.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at all client levels.
- Comprehensive knowledge of marketing, advertising, and digital experiences.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience from concept to productionDeep understanding of social platforms and their creative formats.
- Experience with both product and consumer marketing.
- Ability to quickly create social content based on cultural moments.
- Proficiency in social video editing + content creation is a plus.
