We're on the lookout for a Sales Administrator to join our well established and expanding client based in Loughborough on a full time, permanent basis.
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience).
The Role:
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service and guiding our client's customers throughout the sales process. The sales process can begin over the phone, email or in person, therefore, it is important you are a clear, confident, and friendly communicator via each platform. As a Sales Administrator you will offer the highest level of support and advice throughout the customer journey with us which includes technical advice, design advice and resolving queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming sales calls
Supporting the Sales Manager
Creating quotations, processing payments, arranging deliveries, and providing outstanding aftersales service
Providing advice on suitability, sizing, pricing whilst showcasing a natural flair for interiors
Updating the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity
Arranging samples to be dispatched
Essential Requirements:
Experience in a sales environment
Extremely well organised and able to prioritise tasks
Enthusiastic and hands on - this is a busy, fast-paced company
Self-motivated with the ability to inspire those around you
Strong customer focus
Excellent communicator
Strong IT skills with experience using a CRM and MS Office applications.
