Job Summary

Duties

7. Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in a managerial role, with a track record of successful team leadership.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
3. Familiarity with educational tools such as Adobe Captivate is advantageous.
4. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within a fast-paced environment.
6. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independent initiative.
