Regional Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate branch sales teams to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.

* Work closely with branch managers to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.
* Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
* Ensure all branches operate in compliance with property legislation and company policies.
* Recruit, train, and develop high-performing estate agency professionals.
* Build and nurture relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key industry partners.
