We are currently seeking a full-time SEMH Supply Worker to support students in schools across Christchurch. As an SEMH Supply Worker, you will play a key role in supporting students with SEMH needs, ensuring that they have the tools, guidance, and support necessary to fully engage with their education. You will work alongside teachers, and other support staff to implement tailored strategies, manage behaviour, and provide individual support as needed. The role involves working in both small groups and one-to-one with students, helping them navigate their emotional and social challenges while supporting their academic progress.
You will also assist with creating and maintaining a positive classroom environment where students feel safe, respected, and motivated to learn. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to work across multiple schools in the Christchurch area, providing you with valuable experience in supporting students with SEMH in different educational settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
