We are looking to recruit a Cook in Charge to join our Catering Team at Penparc Primary School.
You will be expected to manage the school kitchen on a day-to-day basis, according to the standards laid down by Ceredigion County Council.
The role includes:
* Preparation and service of school dinners for pupils at the school.
* Preparation of special diets for pupils as required.
* Ensuring observance of Food Safety and Environmental Health standards.
* Ensuring EEC standards on Manual Handling.
* General Health and Safety of kitchen including hazardous equipment and premises.

* Experience/knowledge of working within a catering environment.
