Work on a diverse range of roles across the UK, from junior to director level, in sectors such as HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Engineering. Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the hiring process. Coordinate and conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and present top talent to clients. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes, celebrate successes, and maintain a positive, fun, and hard-working culture. Requirements What We’re Looking For: A strong background in recruiting and are confident managing multiple roles and candidates at once. Strong communication skills to liaise with hiring managers and candidates at all levels. Ability to juggle multiple vacancies while maintaining attention to detail.
