ONSITE RECRUITMENT BUSINESS PARTNER Full MSP - Contract Recruitment Solution Financial Services Client Milton Keynes Lorien Resourcing is looking to recruit an Onsite Recruitment Business Partner for an MSP customer based in Milton Keynes and London. The client are a market leading business in the financial services sector. This is a relatively new MSP recruitment solution that still has plenty of room to grow and develop, presenting a variety of medium and long term opportunities. You will play a vital role developing stakeholder relationships onsite and helping deliver the best “route to market” for all contract recruitment requirements across call corporate functions. As a result, this opportunity would suit an experienced Onsite Recruitment Business Partner who has that experience in an onsite MSP environment. If you have worked within either financial services, consultancy, corporate functions arena, you will have a distinct advantage applying for this opportunity due to the nature and sector this client operate in, HOWEVER we are very open to Onsite RBP’s who may have worked in other MSP sector who have exceptional stakeholder management experience and used to managing 2 nd tier agencies for volume recruitment. Working with this Lorien MSP customer account and acting as our customer’s representative, the Onsite Recruitment Team is responsible for promoting our customer’s brand within the employment market. You will be the key point of contact for recruitment services and act as a bridge between the client and the internal stakeholders and Lorien’s delivery team and external 2nd Tier / 3rd Tier agencies for all contract delivery across all corporate functions. You will not be “hands on recruiting” as such, more strategic, operational, stakeholder management and facilitating the recruitment process while driving best practise and recruitment excellence. The role of an Onsite Recruitment Business Partner: Proficient in full life cycle high volume contract recruitment delivery. Qualify technical job specifications with line management. Liaise with multiple stakeholders with the client and communicate the benefits of MSP solutions. End to end management of all recruitment requirements Role briefing, alternative sourcing strategies, assessment & selection process and offer management. Delivering market insight to business managers to drive strategy Develop and implement route to markets for client candidate attraction. 3rd party management (supplier / vendor management and consolidation) Typically strong skills and experience in vendor management, relationship management and senior stakeholder management will be required for this opportunity. The client are based in Milton Keynes and London you will be required to work on client site 2-3 days a week and then from home 2-3 days a week.
