Job - Sales Administrator
Location -Maldon
Salary - £25,575 with a pay rise after probation
Holiday - 25 days + bank holidays
Our multi award winning client based in Maldon are looking for an additional Sales Administrator to join their small but close-knit team.
They’re entering their 30th year of business and are offering a fantastic opportunity to learn all aspects of the business and upskill yourself.
Although this role is predominately calling existing customers to take their orders weekly there’s so much more you’ll be doing. This includes help running their social media accounts, brainstorming new product names, branding ideas and route planning to name a few.
You’ll get all the training necessary to succeed at this job and you’ll be working closely with the company director (who stated as a Sales Administrator).
What you’ll be doing:
1. Calling customers to take their orders
2. Promoting products and services to customers
3. Upselling to customers
4. Recording sales activities accurately on the database
5. Creating invoices on the database
6. Using excel for bookkeeping and formulas
7. Calling customers about outstanding payments
8. Taking payments in person
9. Bookkeeping
10. Stock taking
11. Route planning for drivers
12. Hire vehicles when needed
