Join our quest for operational excellence as our Resource and Operations Coordinator on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
You can quickly understand what resources are needed on a project, and who in the business would be the best placed to deliver the work. You’re constantly on the ball - you know who is working on which projects, and where there might be a clash in schedules. If there is a clash, you’re confident in finding a solution.
Ruthlessly efficient
If there is a more streamlined way of doing something, you’ll find it. You’re a data-focused person who can analyse a process, identify the gaps, and then work with the programme manager to get a new plan into action. Whether you’re coordinating teams, scheduling work, tracking progress, reporting or communicating with the business, your eye is always on simplicity.
Communication is key
You’re great at identifying who needs to know what, and you’re happy to do whatever needs to be done to keep communication flowing. This might be documenting meetings, gathering data for reports or simply ensuring that everyone knows you are the key point of contact for project progress questions. Equally, you know which updates would just be noise to other departments.
This job’s for you if:
You’re known for being incredibly organised and process driven. You’re at home with a spreadsheet or flowchart, and get immense satisfaction in seeing a process play out in real life. If the process doesn’t work, you’re the type of person who will recognise it quickly and come prepared with a solution. Good communication comes easily to you - you can talk to consultants and customers alike to ensure everyone is on the same page.
You’ll be free to work your way
Work flexible hours at home and at the office. You’ll get half a day each week to level up your skills and £650 a year to spend on your mental wellbeing.
