Due to an increased demand on the existing finance team, the requirement for an additional Finance Assistant has become available on a full time permanent basis.Your new roleIn your new role, you will become a vital part of the well established finance team that manage all elements of daily financial processes inhouse. Specifically, this role will focus on ledger maintenance; dealing with both purchase and sales ledger invoices, daily bank reconciliations, income review and analysis, as well as developing your ability to post journals, including accruals and prepayments.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed, you will be interested in securing a permanent role that will allow you to demonstrate your existing knowledge and ability to manage a varied transactional finance role with a specific focus on invoice processing, reconciliations and posting journals. You will be someone who can work collaboratively as part of a wider team, but remains accountable for their own workload and tasks. This role will require engagement with both internal and external stakeholders, so confidence in communicating financial information will be essential.What you'll get in return
