Ballyrobert Mazda have a vacancy for an experienced Vehicle Sales / Accounts Administrator to join their busy Sales team at Mallusk.
You will be working closely with our Sales teams, processing sales forms, invoices, and car documentation at a fast and steady pace, helping to keep the flow of sales moving out to our customers.
What you will be doing:
1. Invoicing, adding products, pushing service lines.
2. Making sure all new vehicle stocking levels are accurate.
3. Checking on a daily basis any changes to Mazda sales programmes and ensuring the correct vehicle support codes are added to sold orders.
4. Ordering new vehicles that accurately match a vehicle order form.
5. Carrying out key vehicle admin tasks e.g. V5 scans, handover responsibilities, checklists, compliance checks & audits.
6. Liaising with the sales team for any missing documentation.
7. Actioning vehicle franchise updates where appropriate.
8. Looking after showroom and customer waiting areas, ensuring that they meet corporate standards.
9. Complying with manufacturer standards and audit requirements.
10. Any other general administration work as required.
Essential Skills:
1. Detail oriented with the ability to prioritise your workload.
2. Great interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively through verbal and written means.
3. Able to work on your own initiative.
4. Adopt a hands-on approach and assist others when required.
5. Good IT skills - able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook effectively. Keyloop would be an advantage.
6. Knowledge and awareness of the importance of confidentiality and data protection.
