Job title: Project Manager
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading Social Housing Contractor in the Nottingham area that are looking for a brand new Project Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
* Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
* Identify resources and assign responsibilities.
* Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s).
* Competent in required project methodology.
* Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
* Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).
* Understand basic revenue models and P/L; meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.
* Work with developers and designers to define and document questions, liaise with the business via email, IM or phone to get new requirements and explain feasibility.
* Submit project status reports to stakeholders; review bugs; plan software releases; anticipate and react to change.
Requirements:
* Experience within a similar role.
* Knowledge and experience of Disrepairs Workstream is desirable.
* Strong experience of working within a fast-moving environment delivering a high quality and robust delivery service.
* Experience of working with supply chain delivery model.
* Able to demonstrate commercial acumen.
* Experience of site health and safety good practice.
* Valid SMSTS.
* Asbestos Awareness + First Aid.
