Sodexo’s Campus Segment is seeking a General Manager 6 for Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater, MA. This role oversees a well-established, evolving dining program, continuing a 30+ year partnership with the university. We’re looking for a leader who can drive innovation, engagement, and satisfaction through a restaurant-quality, food-forward approach to dining.
This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with employees, students, and university leadership.

What You'll Do
Oversee day-to-day dining operations to ensure excellence. Deliver high-quality food service that enhances the student experience. Drive financial performance, meeting company and client targets. Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships. Develop and execute strategic plans to elevate campus dining. Foster a positive team environment with strong leadership. Ensure compliance with Sodexo and client standards.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to engage effectively with employees, students, and university leadership.
* Leadership Experience – Previous General Manager or Director-level experience preferred.
* Multi-Tasking Ability – Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
* Customer-Focused Mindset – Passion for providing exceptional service.
* Financial Acumen – Proven success in managing labor, procurement, costs, and expenses.
* Technical Proficiency – Experience with Drive, Market Connections (MSC), Kronos (Labor Management), E-Vision, and UFS (Financial Systems).
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum Management Experience – 5 years. Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years.
