Logical are working with a privately owned Conservation Contractor based in Warrington specialising in the renovation and conservation of listed and period buildings. They typically undertake projects valued from £25k to £4m. For over 17 years they have been renovating some of the UK’s most important heritage properties, across the Ecclesiastical, Commercial, and Public sectors. From London’s most notable town halls, museums, and banks; to five-star hotels, schools, and cathedrals across the North, Midlands, and South of England. Your background We are looking for someone who is a forward thinker and proactive when solving problems and can manage multiple priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial elements of our heritage schemes, managing a small team, and working closely with our site teams. Specific responsibilities will include; managing construction cost bids, and procurement, including tender preparation, estimating, analysis and appointments. In terms of expenditure management, you will be expected to control all aspects of the budgets for labour, materials, plant and subcontractors through to final account stage.
