Community Fundraising Officer role involves supporting community fundraising efforts, developing local fundraising strategies, and building relationships with supporters and volunteers to raise income and awareness.
The role requires evidence of raising funds in a community fundraising environment, planning and delivering campaigns, and working with volunteers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Supporting the delivery, growth, and reach of community fundraising in a defined geographical location
* Establishing, implementing, developing, and maximizing community fundraising opportunities
* Building and developing exceptional fundraising relationships with supporters and volunteers
The Community Fundraising team is responsible for leading and supporting community activities to drive and grow community fundraised income.
The team is looking for a candidate with:
* Evidence of raising funds in a community fundraising environment
* Planning, organising, and delivering campaigns, activities, and plans including marketing
* Evidence of working to and achieving objectives
* Direct experience of working with volunteers
* A valid UK driving license and access to a car
