Salary: £16,546.40 per annum
Contracted hours: 37 hours per week
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: 8 Hour Shifts, 08:00 - 16:30 (Mon-Thurs) and 08:00 - 13:30 on Friday

Role Details
In this role you will contribute to the efficiency and pace of the Butchery operation without compromising on quality or standards by ensuring all administration is completed accurately and on time.
Some responsibilities of the role include:
1. Demonstrate a positive, customer-focused, and professional approach.

4. Demonstrate professionalism and deliver an awesome customer experience to both internal and external customers.
5. Contribute as part of a team to the efficiency and pace of the Butchery operation without compromising quality or standards.
6. Produce all relevant paperwork necessary to ensure the smooth running of the butchery operation, including production lists, meeting notes, labels, order forms and invoices.
7. Utilise internal systems to ensure an accurate log of produced products, orders, deliveries and stock is always maintained.
8. Take minutes during meetings, type these up and share them with all relevant parties.
9. Liaise with external parties to organise, book and ensure payment is made for repairs and maintenance of equipment.
10. Assist with the review of all Safe Systems of Work for the department and ensure training is up to date for the team.
11. Measure and report performance against the Company service targets, budgets and suggest and review ideas for improvement.
12. Provide cover within the packing team during their absences and busy periods.
13. Demonstrate commitment to and support our Environmental, Social and Governance goals in how daily tasks and responsibilities are carried out.
14. Actively promote a food safety culture through sharing knowledge and expertise.
15. Share and promote best practice and adherence to Cyber essentials standards.
16. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
17. Disclose any evidence of product safety, legality, quality, or integrity issues.
18. Report all accidents and promote best practices in Health and Safety and contribute to ensuring a safe working environment for all employees, workers, and visitors on site.
