Skills and qualifications required: Minimum of three years post-qualification experience and proficiency in technology and software. Registration with Social Care Wales. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. This position requires candidates to live within a commutable distance to Conwy. The assignment is expected to last around 12 weeks, with the possibility of extension.
