Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage the company's main phone line and email π
Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages π¬
Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner π€
Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement as needed β
Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment π₯οΈ
Organise office files for easy accessibility by other staff members π
Record expenses and manage petty cash π°
Disseminate office communications to the staff π©
Collaborate with partners and staff on a daily basis π₯
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning π
Coordinate catering and logistics for internal and external meetings π½οΈ
Maintain conference rooms to company standards π’
Assist with any other related duties as assigned πͺ
Desired Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 suite π₯οΈ
