Interim Recruitment Specialist - Sheffield - 3 months FTC - £35,000-£40000 DOE - Remote working considered. Your new role This successful and growing SME is seeking an Interim Recruitment Specialist to assist with their workload and growth. Reporting to the Finance Director you will be a proactive and knowledgeable Recruitment Expert. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment and selection activities for roles across the business - guiding and advising hiring managers on all aspects of the process, providing up to date market intelligence on the labour market and also best practice advice of completing an effective recruitment process. You will assist with creating JDs, advertisements, proactively sourcing & and engaging with candidates utilising multiple platforms to ensure attraction of a diverse range of candidates. You will assist in the selection process with Hiring Managers, organising interviews, feedback, offer, contracts of employment and onboarding activities. Close management of the candidate relationship end-to-end, ensuring the experience that candidates receive is always of a high standard and actively promotes the brand as an employer of choice. You will also assist with other day-to-day HR/Employee Lifecycle and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a great organisation on a project / FTC basis.There also maybe a potential for a further extension and/or a permanent role in the future NB Can be flexible with working hours (37.5 hours a week) and can be remote based (can go into the office if preferred) What you'll need to succeed: A background in the recruitment of technical / IT biased and other professional roles from an internal recruitment background.
