Job summary We are recruiting for an experienced, enthusiastic and innovative Senior Nurse or Allied Professional to lead our Resuscitation training team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, based at the Warneford Hospital. As our Senior Resuscitation Officer you'll lead, design, implement and deliver a range of educational programmes across the organisation in accordance with the delivery of our Trust strategy, vision, values and culture. You'll manage a team of expert trainers and be responsible for the design and delivery of all Resus training in accordance with statutory need which will include designing bespoke sessions for specific services, developing innovative simulation-based training and overseeing the running of Immediate Life Support programmes. You'll also lead on offering expert advice, debrief and feedback about care delivery, support equipment management and completing trust-wide audits.
