As a Quality Inspector you will be required to:
Carry out inspection, qualification, FAIR, test, and release activities on products before booking them into Finished Goods
Inspect manufactured parts according to QMS, ensuring adherence to manufacturing routing and quality plans
Ensure product traceability, batch control, and correct handling of materials
Apply the Release Stamp following QMS Stamp Control Procedures
Monitor and report on subcontract performance, scrap, and rework
Conduct testing and inspections (e.g., Gauge R&R, hardness/conductivity/bridge testing)
Collaborate with customers and suppliers to resolve product or quality issuesExperience required:
Strong experience in quality engineering, particularly in aerospace manufacturing
Proficient in using measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, CMM, tensile testing machines)
Knowledge of ISO9001:2008 and AS9100 standards
Experience with inspection, testing, and product release processes
