My client is an award-winning caterer who works with some of the UK's top Business and Industry Clients.
They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Area Manager for some of their site in London, South East and South West. The Operations Manager will initialy be responsible for supporting the Regional Operations Director with the management of up to 15 contracts within Business & Industry.
The Senior Area Manager will support the onsite General Managers in overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, developing and implementing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. They will also participate with new sales presentations to support in gaining new contract wins.
* Ensure each contract is organised and performing in accordance with and to the brand standards and company values
* Assist the managers in the overall efficient and effective management of their contracts, which is to provide a high-quality product and food service to their clients
* Ensure the development and training of the team
* Assist in ensuring that contracts are running in line with contractual obligations
* Drive the service and support to exceed their clients and customers' expectations, innovating and being creative
* Implement plans to achieve successful results for each contract
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Proven experience in the contract catering industry from the Business & Industry sector
* Ability to develop and implement strategies
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
